Baby Shower Trivia: 60 Questions With Answers
Trivia is the easiest baby shower game to run well. It needs no supplies, works for any group size, and gives the quiet guests a fair shot at winning. The hard part is finding questions that are actually interesting — and answers you can trust when someone challenges them.
Below are 60 questions in five rounds. Each round has its answers tucked under a "Show answers" button, so you can print the page or read straight from your phone without spoiling anything. Pick one or two rounds for a short game, or play all five as a tournament.

How to run baby shower trivia without it dragging
On paper
Works for: small groups · anyone who wants a printed keepsake
Print one question sheet per guest, or just number a blank card 1–12 and read the questions aloud. Give 20–30 seconds per question, then read every answer at the end and have guests swap sheets to mark them. Expect the marking to take as long as the questions did.
On phones
Works for: groups of 8 or more · mixed in-person and video-call guests
Each guest answers on their own phone, and the score lands the moment you close the question. There's nothing to mark, so you can play a full round in under ten minutes and show the leaderboard on the TV. BumpBash comes with ten newborn and pregnancy questions ready to go, and you can add your own about the parents-to-be.
Make it personal
Works for: guests who know the couple well
Finish with a five-question bonus round about the parents: where they met, their first date, who's the better cook, the baby name that almost won. It's the round everyone remembers.
Questions hosts ask
How many trivia questions should we play at a baby shower?
Ten to fifteen is the sweet spot. That takes about ten minutes read aloud, which fits between food and gifts without the room drifting off. Save the rest for a tiebreaker round.
How do you score baby shower trivia?
One point per correct answer is enough. If you play on paper, have guests swap sheets and mark each other's while you read the answers. On phones, the score updates the moment the question closes.
Are these questions okay for guests who don't have kids?
Yes. We mixed in nursery rhymes, picture books and baby animal names on purpose, so guests without kids — and the grandparents — have plenty of rounds they can win.
Can we write our own questions about the parents-to-be?
Absolutely, and it's usually the funniest round. Ask the parents for five facts ahead of time — how they met, their first date, the name they almost picked — and turn each one into a multiple-choice question.

BumpBash loads ten of these questions for you. Guests scan a QR code, tap their answers, and the leaderboard scores itself while you read the next question.
